Teriyaki Burgers with Pineapple Salsa

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Seasoned Steak Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.

  1. Place pineapple salsa in a serving bowl and add 1/4 tsp. kosher salt and desired amount of red pepper flakes. Stir well and set aside.
  2. Preheat broiler to high heat. In a medium bowl, combine burger seasoning mixture with 1 tsp. of kosher salt and ground beef until just blended.
  3. Form into 3 patties (slightly thinner in the middle) and let rest in refrigerator for 5 min. 4.Broil for 5-6 minutes per side (internal temp. 155°F).
  4. Toast buns under broiler, 1-2 min. or until golden brown.
  5. Top burgers evenly with teriyaki sauce and pineapple salsa. Serve on toasted pretzel buns with Seasoned Steak Fries.
