Thaw in refrigerator.
- In a saucepan, add rice and 1 cup water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 18-20 min. Remove from heat and let sit covered 5-10 min. Fluff with fork before serving.
- Place pork mixture in med. sauce pan. Stir to break up pork and simmer 15-20 min.
- Heat tortillas in microwave in 10 sec. intervals until warm to touch. 4.Build wraps by evenly distributing pork on lower third of each tortilla and evenly top pork with cheese and rice. Fold bottom edge of tortilla over ingredients and roll to complete wrap and serve.
