Smoky Salmon and Penne Pasta

Prep Time 15-20 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. In large saute pan over med. high heat, add pasta mixture and stir to mix. Heat 2-3 min., cover with lid, and continue to heat 4-5 min.
  2. Meanwhile, remove salmon from marinade. Discard marinade. 3.Heat another pan over med. high heat. Pan-sear salmon 3-4 min. per side (internal temp. 145°F).
  3. Add cooked salmon to pasta and stir, breaking salmon into 2 inch pieces. Serve immediately.
