Santa Fe Shredded Pork Burritos

Prep Time 40-45 min. | Medium
Cook from frozen or thawed.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

THAWED:

  1. Remove lid and discard. Remove bags of sauce and cheese and set aside. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered for 25-30 min.
  2. Massage enchilada sauce bag to blend. Pour enchilada sauce over burritos and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake an additional 10 min. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

FROZEN:

  1. Remove lid and discard. Cover with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place on baking pan and bake 45 min.
  3. Massage enchilada sauce bag to blend.
  4. Remove foil, pour enchilada sauce over burritos and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered an additional 10-15 min. Let rest 5 min. before serving.

  2. Remove lid. Massage enchilada sauce bag to blend, pour over burritos and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered an additional 10-15 min. Let rest 5 min. before serving.
