Rosemary Smokehouse Turkey Burgers with Fries

Prep Time 25-35 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Salt & Pepper Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.

  1. Preheat broiler to high.
  2. Remove seasoned ground turkey, place in a mixing bowl and combine
    thoroughly.
  3. Form 3 large patties about 1/2-inch-thick (slightly thinner in the middle). Place on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Let burger patties rest 5 min. in refrigerator before cooking.
  4. Broil for 5-6 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
  5. Meanwhile, toast buns under broiler until golden (about 1 min.).
  6. Place turkey burgers on toasted bun and top with BBQ sauce. Serve with Salt & Pepper Fries.
