Old Fashioned Meatloaf

Prep Time 55-60 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet or muffin tin (for mini meatloaves) with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add ground beef and 1/4 tsp. kosher salt to oatmeal mixture bag, re-seal and massage to thoroughly combine.
  3. If using baking sheet, form meat into 4x6x2″ loaf and place on baking sheet. If using muffin pan, roll meatloaf into 6 balls and place each ball in muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Spread chili sauce evenly over top of meatloaf or mini loaves.
  5. For muffin pan, bake uncovered for 25-30 min. For loaf, bake uncovered for 45-55 min. (internal temp. 160°F).
  6. Let rest 5 min. before cutting loaf into 1 1/2-inch slices or serving individual mini meatloaves.

  3. If using baking sheet, form meat into 9×5″ loaf and place on baking sheet. If using muffin pan, roll meatloaf into 12 balls and place each ball in muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Spread chili sauce evenly over top of meatloaf or mini loaves.
  5. For muffin pan, bake uncovered for 25-30 min. For loaf, bake uncovered for 55-60 min. (internal temp. 160°F).
  6. Let rest 5 min. before cutting loaf into 1 1/2-inch slices or serving individual mini meatloaves.
