Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet or muffin tin (for mini meatloaves) with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add ground beef and 1/4 tsp. kosher salt to oatmeal mixture bag, re-seal and massage to thoroughly combine.
- If using baking sheet, form meat into 4x6x2″ loaf and place on baking sheet. If using muffin pan, roll meatloaf into 6 balls and place each ball in muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread chili sauce evenly over top of meatloaf or mini loaves.
- For muffin pan, bake uncovered for 25-30 min. For loaf, bake uncovered for 45-55 min. (internal temp. 160°F).
- Let rest 5 min. before cutting loaf into 1 1/2-inch slices or serving individual mini meatloaves.

- If using baking sheet, form meat into 9×5″ loaf and place on baking sheet. If using muffin pan, roll meatloaf into 12 balls and place each ball in muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread chili sauce evenly over top of meatloaf or mini loaves.
- For muffin pan, bake uncovered for 25-30 min. For loaf, bake uncovered for 55-60 min. (internal temp. 160°F).
- Let rest 5 min. before cutting loaf into 1 1/2-inch slices or serving individual mini meatloaves.
