Mushroom Swiss Bistro Burger with Fries

Prep Time 30-35 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Salt & Pepper Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.

  1. Preheat broiler to med. high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, burger seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. Portion into 3 equal patties. Indent the middle of each patty so that they cook evenly. Set aside in refrigerator for 5 min. to rest.
  3. Heat small saute pan on med. high heat and add mushroom mixture, cook for 6-8 min. Remove from heat.
  4. Broil patties for 5-6 min. each side. In the final minute of cooking evenly divide the mushroom mixture on top of the burgers and top each burger with 1 slice of Swiss cheese. Broil 1 min. or until the cheese has completely melted. Remove from heat (internal temp. 155°F).
  5. Toast buns under broiler for 1-2 min. until golden brown.
  6. To assemble burgers: place patty on bun and spread top bun with herbed aioli. Serve with Salt & Pepper Fries.
