Thaw in refrigerator.
DO NOT THAW PUFF PASTRY
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Separate frozen puff pastry squares and place on baking sheet to thaw.
- Meanwhile, on stovetop, heat saute pan to med. high heat. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
- Add chicken and broccoli bags to pan and cook 3-4 min.
- Add Alfredo mixture to chicken and stir to blend. Turn heat to low, cover, and simmer 5-8 min. until heated through.
- Meanwhile, spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and press 6 puff pastry squares into 6 muffin cups.
- Evenly divide chicken and sauce into cups.
- Pinch the 4 corners of pastry together over top of mixture, bake 20-25 min., until golden.
- Let rest 5 min. and serve.
