Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Heat large saute pan over med. high heat. Add ground beef to pan and use a spatula to break it apart as it cooks, until the beef is in bite-sized pieces.
- Add seasoned onion mixture, 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, and desired amount of cayenne pepper to beef and stir well to combine. Lower heat to med. low and cook for 6-8 min., until beef is fully cooked (internal temp. 155°F). Drain excess juices from pan.
- Meanwhile, stack tortillas and cut into four equal quarters. Form 2 tortilla quarters into each individual muffin tin, creating a cup, and spray with nonstick cooking spray. There should be 8 mini tostadas total. Bake for 3-4 min. Watch carefully to avoid burning. Evenly sprinkle cheese in each tortilla cup and cook for 2-3 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Place refried beans in a microwave-safe bowl, heat for 1 min.
- To assemble: Evenly distribute and layer heated beans and beef mixture. Finish with a dollop of lime crema in each mini tostada cup and serve.
