Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place BBQ pulled pork mixture in a microwave-safe container and heat on high 1 min. Stir and heat for an additional 1 min. until the mixture is warmed.
- Spray 10 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
- Evenly divide biscuit dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each dough piece with your hands to form a ball. Place one ball into each sprayed muffin cup, pressing the biscuit flat on the bottom and partially up the sides of each cup.
- Evenly distribute pulled pork into biscuit cups and top evenly with shredded cheese. Bake 15-18 min., until golden.
