- Preheat broiler to high.
- Place turkey mixture into mixing bowl, add 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, and desired amount of red pepper flakes and combine until thoroughly blended.
- Gently mix in feta cheese with burger mixture and form 6 small patties about 1/2 inch thick. Let patties rest 5 min. in the refrigerator.
- Broil turkey burgers 5-6 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
- Toast buns under broiler approx. 1 min.
- Top burgers with garlic and chive mayo and serve on toasted buns with Crispy Shoestring Fries.
