Thaw in refrigerator.

- To dry rub bag, add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt.
- Remove pork chops from bag and pat dry. Coat both sides of chops with rub, pressing gently so rub sticks to meat. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large saute pan over med. high heat until hot. Add pork chops and brown 2-3 min. per side.
- Brush top with sauce, turn, and cook 1 min. Brush the second side with sauce, turn, and cook 1 min. (internal temp. 145°F).
- Transfer chops to plate and keep warm. Add remaining sauce to pan and cook 1-2 min.
- Top chops with warm sauce from pan and serve with Bacon Ranch Green Beans.
*NOTE: Overcooking pork chops will cause them to be tough and dry.
