Honey Chipotle Pork Tenderloin

Prep Time 40-50 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Lay a piece of foil in a 8×8 baking dish and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Remove pork tenderloin from package and place in baking dish.
  3. Fold up the sides of the foil so that they are standing upright along the sides of the tenderloin. Pinch and crimp the foil together at the corners along the side of the pork tenderloin, creating a boatlike shape around it. This will help prevent the sauce from escaping. Leave the top open so the pork tenderloin can roast and brown.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp. kosher salt to honey chipotle glaze bag. Massage to blend. Spread half of the glaze on top of the tenderloin. Bake for 25-30 min.
  5. Cover tenderloin with remaining glaze and bake an additional 10 min. (internal temp. 145°F). Remove tenderloin from oven, let rest 5-10 min. and slice into 1/2 inch slices. **Tenderloin can be safely served lightly pink in the center.
