Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Dutch oven or oven-safe pot on med. high heat and add 1 Tbsp. of olive oil.
- Remove steaks from package, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper to preference. Add to pot and sear on each side for 2 min. Let steaks brown but do not cook through. Remove and set aside.
- Add gravy to pot with 1 cup of water. Stir to combine and bring to low boil for 1 min. Add steaks and stir to coat. Cover pot with lid or foil and bake in oven for 1 hour.
- Add vegetables and continue to cook until meat and vegetables are fork tender (additional 1 to 1 1/2 hours).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 min. Shred beef, if desired, and serve with gravy and vegetables.
