Thaw in refrigerator.
DO NOT THAW PIE SHELL
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Preheat a med. saute pan to med. high heat. Add ham, peas, and onions and saute for 4-5 min.
- Meanwhile, remove pie shell from packaging and place on baking sheet.
- Add 1 tsp. kosher salt to egg mixture in bag and massage to combine.
- Layer ingredients in this order: ham, peas, and onion mixture, 2/3 bag of shredded cheese (reserve 1/3 bag for topping), egg mixture (slowly add until mostly full, do not overfill pie shell), then top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 min. until the center is completely set when gently shaken. Let cool for 5-10 min. before slicing and serving.

- Divide ingredients between both shells and layer in this order: ham, peas, and onion mixture, 1 1/2 bag of shredded cheese (reserve 1/2 bag for topping), egg mixture (slowly add until mostly full, do not overfill pie shells), then top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 min. until the center is completely set when gently shaken. Let cool for 5-10 min. before slicing and serving.
