Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in refrigerator
- Preheat GRILL to med heat or OVEN to 425°F.
- Remove pork tender loin from package and place fat-cap (white) side up on baking dish. Cut a 1/2 inch deep, crisscross X-pattern into top of roast.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle rub all over.
GRILL:
- Grill over med heat on rack 25-30 minutes, turning often basting with chili butter. Let rest 10 min. before slicing (internal temp. of 145°F).
OVEN:
- Bake for 25 minutes, turning often basting with chili butter. Remove from oven. Let rest 10 min. before slicing 1/4 thick. (internal temp. of 145°F).
