Thaw in refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Using tongs, remove chicken breasts from marinade and place in baking dish. Discard marinade.
- Bake uncovered for 10 min. Remove from oven and spread fiesta cheese mixture on top of breasts. Continue to cook 10-15 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chicken with crushed tortilla chips. Serve with Mexican Street Corn.
