Fiesta Ranch Chicken with Street Corn

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Mexican Street Corn per separate cooking instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Using tongs, remove chicken breasts from marinade and place in baking dish. Discard marinade.
  3. Bake uncovered for 10 min. Remove from oven and spread fiesta cheese mixture on top of breasts. Continue to cook 10-15 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle chicken with crushed tortilla chips. Serve with Mexican Street Corn.
