Family Pizza Night – Grill

Prep Time 25-35 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
NOTE: Pizza dough is easier to work with and will rise better when at room temperature. For best results, remove pizza dough from refrigerator 1 hour before preparing.

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place thawed dough on floured cutting board, roll dough to cover with flour, let rest 10-15 min.
  3. Flatten dough and roll with rolling pin to form about a 10-12″ circle. Repeat for additional dough balls. Place on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Pinch edges of pizza dough over to form a crust.
  4. Top pizzas with sauce, toppings and cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 min. until golden brown. Let pizza rest 1-2 min. before slicing.
