Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in refrigerator.
- In saucepan, add rice and 1 1/8 cups of water. Bring to a boil, stir once and cook covered on low for 15-20 min.
- Pre-heat grill to med-high or broiler to high.
- After rice is done cooking, remove lid and add seasoned black beans, stir once and replace lid. Cook covered on med. low for 10 min. more.
- Cut orange into quarters.
- After rice and black beans are done cooking, grill or broil chicken and oranges for 4 min. per side (Internal temp. 165F). Oranges should be charred and juicy.
- Serve grilled chicken with black beans and rice. Squeeze charred oranges over chicken for an extra burst of flavor.
