Crispy French Onion Chicken

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Melt butter mixture in small sauce pan on med. heat until warmed through. Remove from heat.
  3. Place half of French fried onions in 3 piles on baking sheet.
  4. Using tongs, dip each piece of chicken in butter mixture, lay chicken on top of onions. Top with remaining French fried onions. For extra crispy chicken, spray tops with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Bake chicken for 15-20 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
  6. Let rest 5 min. and serve.
