Creamy Chicken Risotto

Prep Time 35-40 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. In med. large sauce pan, add 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the chicken and rice mixture, stirring occasionally until just bubbling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20-22 min.
  3. Add sauce bag (without peas) and simmer, covered for 5-7 min. until rice is tender. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in pea mixture until well combined. Remove bay leaf.
  5. To serve: place in serving dish and top with sliced almonds.
