Chimichurri Steak Kebabs

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Add water to bag of skewers. Soak for 20 min.
  2. Preheat broiler to high heat.
  3. Remove steak from packaging and cut into 1″ cubes.
  4. Thread steak cubes onto skewers, about 3-4 pieces per skewer. Add 1/2 tsp. kosher salt to spice
    blend and shake to combine. Sprinkle skewers with spice blend.
  5. Broil to desired temperature for doneness:
    125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
    135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
    145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
    155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side)
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 5-10 min.
  7. Top kebabs with chimichurri sauce and serve.
