Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange a single layer of chicken patties on sprayed baking sheet and bake 15-20 min., flipping halfway through (internal temp. 165°F).
- Meanwhile, cut rolls in half lengthwise to make a top and bottom bun, then wrap the rolls in foil and place in oven. Warm through for about 10-12 min.
- Add desired amount of Frank’s RedHot Sauce to cream cheese mix and massage to combine.
- Remove rolls from oven, cut 1/2 inch off corner of cream cheese mix bag and squeeze approx. 2 tsp. onto the cut side of the bottom of each roll.
- Remove chicken from oven and preheat broiler to high.
- Place both halves of rolls cut side up on baking sheet. Top each bottom half of roll with one chicken patty. Place approx. 2 tsp. of cheese on top half of roll.
- Broil on top rack for 1-2 min. until cheese is melted and roll is golden. Place top bun on chicken patty and serve.
