Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sliders

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange a single layer of chicken patties on sprayed baking sheet and bake 15-20 min., flipping halfway through (internal temp. 165°F).
  3. Meanwhile, cut rolls in half lengthwise to make a top and bottom bun, then wrap the rolls in foil and place in oven. Warm through for about 10-12 min.
  4. Add desired amount of Frank’s RedHot Sauce to cream cheese mix and massage to combine.
  5. Remove rolls from oven, cut 1/2 inch off corner of cream cheese mix bag and squeeze approx. 2 tsp. onto the cut side of the bottom of each roll.
  6. Remove chicken from oven and preheat broiler to high.
  7. Place both halves of rolls cut side up on baking sheet. Top each bottom half of roll with one chicken patty. Place approx. 2 tsp. of cheese on top half of roll.
  8. Broil on top rack for 1-2 min. until cheese is melted and roll is golden. Place top bun on chicken patty and serve.
