Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator
- Heat small sauce pot on medium high heat. Add bacon jam mixture to pot and let come to a boil. Boil for 3-4 min. Make sure to watch closely to prevent burning. Reduce heat to medium low and allow mixture to simmer for 15 min. The mixture should reduce and thicken. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Meanwhile, preheat grill or large grill pan over medium high heat. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with burger seasoning. Portion into 3 equal patties. Indent the middle of each patty so that they cook evenly.
- Grill patties for 5-6 minutes each side, add swiss cheese in the final minute of cooking to melt.
- Assemble burgers with brioche buns (toasted preferred) patty with cheese and top with cooled bacon jam. Enjoy!
