Thaw in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove lid and discard, set aside cheese bag. Evenly pour 1 cup of water over rice mixture. Stir mixture to combine water throughout.
- Cover pan with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 40 min.
- Uncover and top with cheese. Bake an additional 15-18 min. or until the cheese is melted and rice is fully cooked. 5.Let rest for 5-10 min. before serving.
