Arroz Con Pollo

Prep Time 65-75 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove lid and discard, set aside cheese bag. Evenly pour 1 cup of water over rice mixture. Stir mixture to combine water throughout.
  3. Cover pan with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 40 min.
  4. Uncover and top with cheese. Bake an additional 15-18 min. or until the cheese is melted and rice is fully cooked. 5.Let rest for 5-10 min. before serving.

Prep Time 85-95 min. | Large
Thaw in refrigerator.

  3. Cover pan with lid and bake for 60 min.
  4. Uncover and top with cheese. Bake an additional 15-18 min. or until the cheese is melted and rice is fully cooked. 5.Let rest for 5-10 min. before serving.
