Our Italian cheese-filled tortellini simmered in a creamy marinara sauce with bacon crumbles and tender peas

Prep Time 20-25 min. | Medium
Cook from thawed or frozen.

  1. Fill large, covered pot 3/4 full of water. Add 1 tsp. salt and cover with lid. Bring to boil over high heat. Cook tortellini until they float to the surface, about 3-4 min. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat sauce in large saucepan over med. heat. Simmer 8-10
    min.
  3. Add bacon and pea mixture and continue to simmer 1-2 min.
  4. Toss tortellini with sauce and serve.
