Chicken Samosas with Chutney Dipping Sauce

Description

Curried diced chicken, potatoes, peas, and aromatic seasonings baked in a flaky pastry triangle.

Prep Time 35-45 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
DO NOT THAW PUFF PASTRY

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Separate frozen puff pastry squares and place on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray to thaw for 15-20 min.
  2. To filling bag, add 1/4 tsp. kosher salt and desired amount of cayenne pepper for heat and massage bag to combine.
  3. Using a spoon, evenly divide samosa filling to the center of each puff pastry square. Fold over square diagonally to create a triangle, connecting the corners. Seal edge with a fork.
  4. Bake 15-18 min., until pastry is golden brown and puffy.
  5. Remove from oven, and let cool for 5 min.
  6. Meanwhile, empty contents of dipping sauce bag into bowl and stir to combine. Serve dipping sauce with samosas.
