Italian Sausage Lasagna Soup

Prep Time 45-50 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. In a large pot, add sausage mix, sauce, 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, and 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low for 30 min.
  2. Break noodles into bite-sized pieces inside sealed bag. Add pasta to soup and cook 5-8 min. or until tender.
  3. To serve, ladle soup into bowls and evenly distribute cheese blend over top.
