Pulled Pork Mac N Cheese Bowl

Prep Time 35-40 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Fill large pot 3/4 full of hot water, cover and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 tsp. kosher salt and pasta. Cook 9-12 min. Drain pasta and place in mixing bowl.
  3. To cooked pasta, add cheese sauce, and stir until well combined.
  4. Add pasta and sauce to 8×8 baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top with French fried onions and bake in oven for 15-20 min. or until bubbly.
  5. Meanwhile, empty pulled pork mixture into med. saucepan and simmer covered over med. low heat for 10-12 min. Stir occasionally.
  6. Place desired amount of mac & cheese in bowl and top with pulled pork. Cut bottom corner of BBQ sauce bag and drizzle over bowl to serve.
