Thaw in refrigerator.
- Add water to bag of skewers. Soak for 20 min.
- Preheat broiler to high heat.
- Remove steak from packaging and cut into 1″ cubes.
- Thread steak cubes onto skewers, about 3-4 pieces per skewer. Add 1/2 tsp. kosher salt to spice
blend and shake to combine. Sprinkle skewers with spice blend. - Broil to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side) - Remove from heat and let rest for 5-10 min.
- Top kebabs with chimichurri sauce and serve.
