Chicken Costoletta with Almond Green Beans

Prep Time 25-30 min. | Medium
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Almond Green Beans per separate cooking instructions provided.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Take one chicken breast at a time and add to the breading. Toss in bag to coat, pressing onto both sides. Place on baking sheet and repeat with the remaining chicken breasts.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining breading. For a crispy golden crust, spray tops of chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 20-22 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
  5. Meanwhile, add white wine cream sauce to med. saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low, whisking occasionally. Cook 5-6 min., until sauce begins to thicken.
  6. To serve: lightly drizzle cream sauce over golden chicken and serve with Almond Green Beans. Extra sauce can be served on the side.
