Thaw in refrigerator.
- Add 1/4 tsp. kosher salt and ground beef to bag with seasoning mixture and massage to combine. 2. Heat a large pan to med. high heat.
- Meanwhile, form into 6 patties, 1/2 inch thick (slightly thinner in the middle).
- Place patties in heated pan and cook for 4-5 min. per side (internal temp. 155°F).
- Preheat broiler to high heat. Place open buns on a baking sheet cut side up and place patties on the bottom (flat) side of bun.
- Evenly distribute pomodoro sauce and mozzarella on top of patties, place in oven with buns to broil 1-2 min., until buns are toasted and cheese is melted.
- Assemble burgers and serve.
