Lucky Dragon Pork Roast with Jasmine Rice

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw in refrigerator
RICE: In sauce pan, add rice and 2 1/4 cups water. Bring to boil. Stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Remove pork roast from package and place fat side up on sprayed baking dish. Cut a crisscross pattern into top of roast.
  3. Massage bag of hoisin and garlic sauce to blend, and pour half on top of the roast. Bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Cover roast with remaining sauce, and bake an additional 30-40 minutes. (internal temp. of 145°F.). Let roast rest 10 min.
  5. Slice pork roast and serve drizzled with sauce from pan.
