Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator
RICE: In sauce pan, add rice and 2 1/4 cups water. Bring to boil. Stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Remove pork roast from package and place fat side up on sprayed baking dish. Cut a crisscross pattern into top of roast.
- Massage bag of hoisin and garlic sauce to blend, and pour half on top of the roast. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Cover roast with remaining sauce, and bake an additional 30-40 minutes. (internal temp. of 145°F.). Let roast rest 10 min.
- Slice pork roast and serve drizzled with sauce from pan.
