Slow Cooked BBQ Beef with Baby Roasters

Prep Time 2-2 1/2 hours | Large
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Baby Roasters per separate cooking instructions provided.

1. Preheat a large pot over med. high heat and add 2 Tbsp. olive oil to pot. Remove steaks from packages and salt to preference. Brown steaks 3-4 min. per side. Brown in batches if necessary.
2. Place all steaks into pot and pour in BBQ sauce bag. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Turn meat over every 1/2 hour.
3. Shred or slice beef and serve with Baby Roasters and remaining BBQ
   sauce.
